About

Showcasing Graphic Design and Student Success

I’ll never forget the moments of inspiration and joy when I discovered Graphic Design. After developing a career as a Graphic Designer, Director and Multimedia Designer, I decided to devote myself to education full time, and began my higher education career at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. I still work on passion projects, and design presentations, and information to make data and processes clearer for students. My first creative endeavor was painting and I still unwind with a canvas and brush.

I’m passionate about providing experiential and “real world” learning opportunities for students, and work to offer as many as possible. My journey at MC began when I was a student; and inspired by the skills that lent directly to my employment in a field I love—I came back to teach Part Time, and then, Full Time, before serving in my current role as Department Chair.
